| 摘 要： | 土地征收补偿是土地征收制度的一个重要组成部分,现今无论从立法角度还是从现实层面,均对该项制度的完善提出了迫切要求,本文从比较法的角度出发,对我国现行土地征收补偿制度的缺陷进行了分析,而后提出了相关的立法建议。
