| 摘 要： | 深圳市龙岗区六约社区一直以来,把人民调解工作当作化解矛盾纠纷、维护社会稳定的基础性工作,摆上重要位置,加强领导,充实力量,完善组织,创新机制,做到“小事不出组、大事不出社区、矛盾不上交”,筑起治安防范和社会稳定的“第一道防线”,为构建基层和谐社区提供了坚实的保障。
