| 摘 要： | 当前，劳教工作正处于改革发展的关键时期，挑战和机遇并存，工作任务十分繁重，工作责任十分重大。抓住良好的发展机遇，积极应对面临的挑战，是全体劳教人民警察特别是领导同志的重要责任。不久前，司法部召开了全国劳教工作会议，认真总结了近年来劳教工作经验，深刻分析了当前形势，部署了当前和今后一个时期劳教工作的主要任务。
