| Abstract: | As an important part of imperialism of economics, economics of law is a discipline using the economics methods and theories to study the formation, structure, process, effects, efficiency and future development of law and its institution. It is an interdisciplinary subject between jurisprudence and economics. This article explicates the developmental history and basic theoretical thinking on economics of law, and brings up several reflections from campaign of the economics of law. |
