党的十九届六中全会决议中的法治要义

The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party's Centennial Struggle(hereinafter referred as the Resolution)passed by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC is the third specialized Resolution of the Party on historical issues.The Resolution comprehensively summarized the historical experience of the socialist revolution and construction after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and made a realistic evaluation of some important historical events and important historical figures.The Resolution made a comprehensive and systematic generality and summary of our party’s hundred-year history of respecting the law,observing the law,relying on the law and defending the law,and pointed out the way for the construction of socialist rule of law.The Resolution comprehensively and systematically generalizes and summarizes the major achievements and historical experience of our party in handling affairs according to law,governing in accordance with the law,scientifically through the 139 characters"Law"in the text of the Resolution and the phrase and word"cluster"composed of"Law".By systematically generalizing and summarizing the word"Law"in the Resolution adopted by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee,the essentials of the rule of law in the Resolution of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee were extracted,and explanation for the historical context of the Chinese Communist Party’s century-old struggle of ruling the country by law and doing things in accordance with the law can comprehensively and systematically provide a clear academic plan for achieving the second centenary goal and building a socialist country ruled by law in an all-round way.
