视听资料的合法性审查与运用

On the Legal Investigation and Application of Audible and Video Materials

Audible and video materials are a kind of new legal evidence which arises with the development of science and technology. They play an important role in the whole evidence system. And their application will be more and more popular with further development of science and technology. But in judicial practice, the collection of the audible and video materials is so limited. The officials, in particular, in the administration and judicial organs, often distort the legal clauses and restrain the client application of audible and video materials. Thus, in this article, the author dwells on the composition of the legal audible and video materials and the right way of collecting them in order to enlarge the applicable range of them and promote the administration and judicial organs to exercise their powers by law.
