| 摘 要： | 当今世界的知识经济革命正在蓬勃兴起 ,知识已成为重要的生产力要素和经济增长的发动机。我国已成为WTO的正式成员 ,版权贸易的发展将成为必然。如何规定版权的让渡是版权贸易必须解决的先决问题 ,它关系到版权贸易能否健康、迅速发展。应该说 ,到目前为止我国知识产权法学界对于著作人身权的问题缺乏深入的研究。为此 ,本文拟从实证的角度探讨著作人身权的性质、内容 ,剖析著作人身权的一些疑难问题 ,并论证了著作人身权具有可转让性。
