| Abstract: | The theory of classification of legal requirements is most important one among the theories of distribution of burden of evidence .So, before discussing the issue of burden of evidence of environmental tort, we should make the legal requirements of environmental tort clear. The introduction of the theory of fortuitous causal relationship brings about great influence on the distribution of burden of evidence in the field of environmental tort. |
