On The Knowledge and skill by China's Grass- root Judges

Based upon this author's empirical studies,this article is an effort of generalization of the knowledge and skill developed by China's grass-root judges performance of their judicial duties.It argues the knowledge and skill is always a product of human being within social and institutional locality,is their response to various social constraints,and has intellectual dimension.Living in a judicial world that differs from ideal-type appellate court judges,China's grass-root judges developed a body of knowledge and skill neglected but deserving legal scholar's attention and careful and critical studies and evaluation.Such knowledge and skill has practical and potertially theoretical importance for China's legal development.
