| Abstract: | As a result of international laws responding to the greenhouse theory, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) was born in 1992. This paper gives a review that how the greenhouse theory was born and how it has been influencing the international laws development in the past two decades. The paper also interprets the main legal principles and institutions of UNFCCC and analyzes its new contributions to international environmental laws. |
