| 摘 要： | 本文从霍夫斯泰德研究结果出发,对中美两国的文化进行比较,发现两国在个人主义或集体主义、权力跨度、对不确定性的避免、阴性或阳性等方面存在很大差异.处理好这些文化的差异将有利于双方跨国公司的管理和发展.
