| 摘 要： | 自宪法产生以来,多民族国家都把国内的民族问题在宪法中作出纲领性的原则规定.我国不同历史时期,代表不同阶级利益的宪法都对民族问题作出了不同的规定,而只有新中国宪法才真正体现了各民族一律平等.
