| Abstract: | Yunnan is a border province that there are a lot of nations in,that developed mostly without balance economy and society.For uniting,stability,development and prosperity,must analyze the growing pattern of Yunnan Leaders of talent ,announce the growing regulations of Yunnan talented people,put forward to the countermeasure to be advantageous to growing of Yunnan people of talent ,support the organization as-surance in further development in Yunnan. |
