| Abstract: | The development scale and level of high and new technology have become an important sign of development level of economy ,science and technology in a country or an area,and also an important sign of international competition power in.To enhance the development process of economy and society in Yunnan,to realize the aim to construct Xiao Kang society fully,a series of effective countermeasures should be done to enhance development of high and new technological industry in Yunnan. |
