| Abstract: | Political civilization construction is a major theoretical and realistic issue in the modernization proess. The article provedes an overall summary of the issue for a recent discussion in the academic circle from the view point of its concept, position,historical bearing,value adoption and also its significance, realistic adoption and choice of methods both in theory and practice. In addition, it puts forward an idea for further research with a definite purpose. |
