| 摘 要： | 国有企业的改革过程，就是从行政型政府治理向市场型公司治理的转变过程；就是政府的行政管制不断被削弱，企业的其他利益相关对公司的制衡作用不断增强的过程。国有企业公司化改革的最终日的是在企业中形成利益相关相互制衡的共同治理机制。

| Abstract: | The reform process of state-owned enterprises is the process of change from executive-type government administration to market-type company administration.It is a process in which government 's executive control is continuously weakened while the balancing function to company from units related to the enterprise in interest is continuously strengthened.The final aim of reform to turn state -owned enterprises into companies is to set up within the enterprise a co -administrative mechanics with units related in interest balancing each other. |
