| 摘 要： | 在建立社会主义市场经济体制的社会转型时期，我国经济社会中出现的失信行为和信用危机，已经严重地危害了经济社会的健康发展。因此必须加快国家信用管理体系建设，奠定社会诚信制度的基础；加快法制建设步伐，为社会诚信制度建设提供法律支持；大力弘扬诚信精神．扎实推进社会诚信制度建设。

| Abstract: | In the period of social transition of building socialist market economy,loss of credit and credit crisis in our economic society has greatly damaged the healthy development of economic society.So we must speed up the construction of national credit managing system and lay a foundation for social honesty and credit system.We must speed up legal construction to provide legal support for the construction of social honesty and credit system.We must also carry forward the spirit of honesty and credit and promotr the construction of social honesty and credit construction. |
