延安时期中国共产党党内民主制度创新的历史经验与启示

延安时期中国共产党高度重视党内民主制度创新，初步建立了一套较为完备的党内民主制度体系，基本搭建了党内民主制度架构，在党内民主制度建设史上具有里程碑的意义。延安时期党内民主制度创新为新时期党内民主建设提供了许多有益的经验教训，深刻地启示着新时期党内民主制度建设：必须树立正确的党内民主观，必须坚持党内民主制度化取向，不断以改革创新的精神加强党内民主制度建设；必须在加强实体性制度建设的同时，更加注重保障落实机制建设；必须进一步加强民主集中制的研究，进一步处理好民主与集中的关系；必须加强民主意识和民主作风建设。

Historical Experience from the Institutional Innovation in the Inner-party Democracy of the CPC in the Period of Yan'an and Enlightenment

In Yan'an Period,the CPC paid much attention to institutional innovation in the inner-party democracy and won the following innovational achievements: the democratic centralism was amplified,the Party members' rights insurance system was established,the Party committee system was strengthened and the electoral system and the supervisory system were bettered.These innovational achievements in the CPC's inner-party democracy accumulates many beneficial experiences and lessons,which affords a lot of inspirations for the CPC: the understanding of democracy must be corrected and the unity of democracy and centralization must be adhered to,the direction of institutionalism must be stuck to and institutional construction in the inner-party democracy must be strengthened with the reforming and enterprising spirit,more importance must be attached to the fulfillment and security mechanism of inner-party democracy,the democratic centralism must be further studied and the relationship between democracy and centralization must be correctly dealt out,great attention must be paid to the developing of democratic consciousness and habits.
