| 摘 要： | 电子政务的内涵和由来都说明它的宗旨是服务大众,而我国目前的电子政务距离此要求还有一定差距,要加强电子政务的建设,必须从培训人员、引入先进机制、建立统一构架和建立健全法律法规着手。

| Abstract: | The aim of the E-gov is to serve the public, which its intension and origin explaining all this. But there is some difference from our E-gov at present. Therefore, in order to strengthen the E-gov construction, we must train personnels, introduce the advanced mechanism, set up an unified framework and amplify laws and regulations. |
