邓小平党际关系思想及其现实意义

70年代后 ,邓小平根据国际形势重大变化重新调整了党际交往的指导思想 ,提出了“独立自主、完全平等、互相尊重、互不干涉内部事务”的发展新型党际关系四原则。在这一原则的指导下 ,党的对外交往取得了巨大成就 ,具体表现在 :主张超越意识形态和社会制度的差异 ,扩大了党际交往 ;正确区分了党际关系和国家关系 ;政党交往的目的转移到为国家经济建设服务上来。世纪之初 ,回顾邓小平新型党际关系思想 ,对于进一步开拓政党外交新局面 ,为国家经济建设争取更加有利的国际和平环境有着极为重要的现实意义

The Thought of DENG Xiao- ping's Inter- party Relation and It's Practical Significance

After 1970s,De Xiao-ping Re-adjusted the guiding Ideology inter-party association according to the greatly change of international situation and put forward the four principles--maintain independance and keep the initiative,complete equality,mutual respect,mutual moninterfere internal affairs--to develop the new relation of inter-party.According to these principles,the party have got great achievement--having enlarged the inter-party association by surmountion the difference of ideology and social system;Correctly making a difference between the inter-party relation and country relation;the goal of political party association having changed to serve for country construction.At the beginning of the century,it has importance praical significance to look back the thought of new type inter-party relation of De Xiao-ping's for furthem opening up new prospect of political party diplomacy and striving for more advantagous inter national peace circumstance for Chinese Economy Construction.
