| 摘 要： | 马克思主义群众观是唯物主义历史观的重要组成部分,是共产党人制定一切纲领、路线和政策等的理论基础。坚持马克思主义群众观是时代和实践的要求,也是执政的共产党人必须高度重视的一个重大原则问题。坚持马克思主义群众观,就要从理论和实践的结合上搞清楚马克思主义关于人民群众的基本理论和基本观念,实现对马克思主义群众观的正本清源和与时俱进。

| Abstract: | Marxist mass concept is an important part of materialist conception of history and the theoretical basis for the Party to set down any creed,route and policies.Adhering to Marxist mass concept is the requirement of the times and practice,also an important question of principle that any communist party in power should pay great attention to.Specifically,it's to make clear basic Marxist theory and concept about the mass in both theory and practice,and to realize the radical reform and advance with the times of Marxist mass concept. |
