| 摘 要： | 随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的不断加快，越来越多的农村富余劳动力开始向城市和乡镇企业转移。在这个过程中，出现了第一代和新生代两代不同的农民工群体。两代农民工群体在思想观念、外出动机、职业选择等方面都存在差异性，对其进行分析比较，能够更好地促进农民工群体的健康发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＇s industrialization and urbanization, more and more surplus rural workforce is transfering to cities and township enterprises. In this course, two different generations of migrant workers have appeared. The two generations of migrant workers are discrepant in idea and motive for working away from their native homes and in choosing jobs. So it is necessary to analyse the two generations with a view to better helping them. |
