| 摘 要： | 微博的兴起在给高校思想政治教育工作带来发展机遇的同时也带来了诸多挑战。作为高校思想政治教育工作者应与时俱进,自觉树立利用微博开展思想政治教育工作的意识,积极利用微博管理大学生日常教育工作,充分发挥"观点领袖"的作用,强化媒介素养教育,引导大学生正确使用微博,以期进一步扩大微博对高校思想政治教育工作的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The development of micro blog brings opportunities, as well as challenges, for ideological and political education in universities. The educators should keep pace with times, foster the consciousness to use micro blog, manage daily jobs of college students by means of micro blog. Besides, the educators must pay attention to the function of micro blog as ＂viewpoint leader＂, enhance education of media literacy, guide college students to use micro blog correctly, then expanding the positive role of micro blog in the ideological and political education in universities. |
