经济法与社会法的关系比较

经济法与社会法都是法律社会化历史进程的产物，它们都以社会公共利益为本，体现着对特殊群体的“倾斜保护”。但二者存在着调整对象不同、目的与作用不同、调整的方法不同等差异。经济法侧重于从经济方面对社会整体利益的维护，社会法侧重于从社会福利方面对社会整体经济利益的维护，各有重点，各有目的。因此，只有将二者紧密结合，使其作用互补，才能实现我国经济和社会发展的“双赢”局面。

A Comparison between Economic law and Social Law

Economic law and social law are both products of the socialization of law. Both of them put social public interests first and give expression to the ＂favor protection＂ of special social groups. But there are differences between them in their targets, aims, roles and service ways. They safeguard the whole interests of society in economic respect and social welfare respect respectively. Only, therefore, by closely integrating both of them and making them complementary to each other can the win-win situation be attained in the economic and social development of the country.
