| 摘 要： | 苏联解体是第二次世界大战结束后最重大的历史事件之一。导致苏联解体的原因是多方面的,其中,政治上高度集权,经济上高度集中,官僚特权集团同人民大众的矛盾及苏共领导人的错误决策无疑是苏联解体的根本原因。
