| 摘 要： | “人的自由全面发展”是衡量社会进步的重要标尺。在当代中国，要从实际出发，加强对自然资源的合理开发利用，保护生态环境，在促进人与自然的和谐统一中实现“人的自由全面发展”；全面推进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设，在人与社会的有机结合中实现“人的自由全面发展”；使每个人都树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，加强自身的能力建设，在人与自身的和谐统一中实现“人的自由全面发展”。
