| Abstract: | Reform of state-owned enterprises is the key to reform of China's economic system. The article makes an in-depth approach to deepening the reform and development of state-owned enterprises by discussing such issues which are in urgent need of solution as separating the functions of the government from those of the enterprise,the corporate management structure,the social burden and the economic benefit. |
