| 摘 要： | 从坚持党管干部到坚持党管人才,这是我党组织工作的又一次与时俱进。在具体实践中,要贯彻好党管人才原则,必须落实好"管宏观、管政策、管协调、管服务"的方针,最关键的是要创新人才的评价、培养、选拔、流动、激励这五种工作机制。
