党管人才必须创新人才工作机制

摘    要:从坚持党管干部到坚持党管人才,这是我党组织工作的又一次与时俱进。在具体实践中,要贯彻好党管人才原则,必须落实好"管宏观、管政策、管协调、管服务"的方针,最关键的是要创新人才的评价、培养、选拔、流动、激励这五种工作机制。

Abstract:In order to carry out the principle of the Party assuming the responsibility for talent's affairs,we must implement the policy of the Party assuming the responsibility for"macro,policy,coordinative and service affairs".It is vital to bring forth new ideas in the mechanisms of evaluation,training,selection,flow and inspiration of talented people.
