| Abstract: | North model gives a discripiton of the economic derelopment in the West at the angle of system changes.It lays particular stress on efficiency,but does not lay special stress on expounding the enforcement and implementation of rules under the framework of systems.Expounding the fact that the interaction of system changes and rules enforcement produces great effect on economic development and plays an important inspirational role for pushing on with China's economic reform. |
