| 摘 要： | 实施大学生“村官”计划是加强农村基层党组织建设的需要，也是切实可行的措施。针对计划实施中大学生“村官”存在的不能尽快实现角色转变、不能很好地与土生土长的村干部磨合等问题，应加强高校学生的社会实践能力。加强对大学生“村官”的培训力度，加强对大学生“村官”计划的支持力度。
