| Abstract: | In recent years,we have made some progress in the reform of rear service, but the traditional ideas and system have delayed greater progrss in this aspect for a fairly long period of time. To step up the reform ,we must make innovation in idsas,as this constitutes a basis for pushing ahead with the reform. We must also make innovation in system and administration, as innovation in system is the linchpin for the reform, and innovation in administration is a guarantee for the reform. |
