浅谈行政复议工作中存在的问题及相应对策

行政复议工作是政府工作的重要组成部分，是有效解决行政争议、化解社会矛盾的法定机制。行政复议制度在运作过程中存在着一定的缺陷，如行政机关对行政复议制度的性质认识不明、行政复议的机构和人员设置难以保证工作需要、行政复议审理方式简单等。加强行政复议工作，要充分认识其重要性，合理定位行政复议机构，建立和完善行政复议程序，为构建和谐社会提供法制保障。

The Administrative Reconsideration System Needs To Be Improved

As an important component of government work,administrative reconsideration is a legal mechanism to effectively treat administrative disputes and defuse social contradictions.There are some defects in administrative reconsideration.For example,administrative organs do not have a clear understanding about the nature of the adminis-trative reconsideration system.The authorized size of administrative reconsideration does ont meet the objective de-mand.In order to strengthen this work,we should have a good understanding of the importance of administrative re-consideration,properly localize its setup,establish and improve its procedure.
