| 摘 要： | 在中国目前存在的两千多万贫困人口中,一些家庭的贫困已经陷入代际传递怪圈。因此,需要在反贫困战略上作出适当调整。“十一五”规划中明确提出“防止贫困代际传递”问题的新目标,是中国反贫困战略调整中的新动向。

| Abstract: | In china's present more than twenty millions poor population,the poverty of some families has fell into a vicious circle of intergenerational transmission.Therefore,the strategy of anti-poverty should be properly adjusted.The new aim of the issue concerning the prevention of intergenerational transmission of poverty,which has been proposed in the 11th 5-year program,is considered as a new direction for china's anti-poverty strategic adjustment. |
