| Abstract: | The problem of agriculture, rural areas and the peasants is the major one concerning our country's development and stability. Deng Xiaoping considered the problem by including it into the overall development of national economy and suggested from the whole situation and the strategic aspect that the problem of "agriculture, the rural areas and the peasants" should be solved by deepening the reform and quickening the development. Reform and development, in Deng Xiaoping's idea, are the basic solutions to the problem of agriculture, the rural areas and the peasants. |
