浅谈农民工权益保护的现状与措施

改革开放以来，随着我国工业化、现代化和城市化进程的加快，越来越多的农村富余劳动力转移到城市和乡镇企业就业，形成了一支新型劳动大军——农民工群体。农民工已经成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分，解决好农民工问题，不但关系到农村经济发展和农民增收等“三农”问题的最终解决，而且关系到经济社会发展的全局。
