| 摘 要： | 充分尊重和保障人权对构建和谐社会来说,既是目的,又是条件,它是和谐社会题中之义。通过发展人权事业来促进我国社会主义社会的和谐,应当特别关注和着力解决的问题是:保障生存权,不断提高生活质量;公正司法,切实保障人身权利;发展民主,全面实现政治权利。

| Abstract: | To respect and guarantee human rights is not only the purpose but also the precondition for the building of a harmonious society.It is also the implied connotation of building a harmonious society.In the process of improving the harmony of China's socialist society by way of developing the cause of human rights,we should pay special attention to and make great effort to solve the following problems: to improve our living standard constantly by protecting the right of living;to guarantee the right of person through fair judicature;to achieve all-round realization of political right through the development of democracy. |
