| Abstract: | During the revolutionary period of New Democracy, the CPC promoted the victory of the revolution by accurately upholding the social situation, successfully publicizing the Party＇ s guiding principles, awakening the revolutionary consciousness of the masses, as well as effectively integrating social sources in an all - round way. The study on the effective Party- masses communication system, in the new period, plays a significant role in improving the relation between the Party and the masses and promotes the construction of the Party. |
