| 摘 要： | 网络时代需要一种与之相适配的政府组织形态，信息网络技术和制度安排的互相渗透，为政府组织获得重置创造了可能。网络时代的政府组织将展示出三项突出的特色：虚拟化的政府组织形象，扁平化的网络式政府组织架构，多中心的政府组织权力体系。具备以上特色的政府组织将在网络时代的行政生态中较好地迎接挑战、承载责任、达成善治。

| Abstract: | Network era needs the relevant government organization form. The mutual penetration of information network technology and systematic arrangement provides possibility of reestablishment of government organization. Government organization in network era will show such the three obvious features as fictitious organization image, flat or- ganization structure based on network and polycentric power system of government. Such the government organization will well receive challenge, bear responsibility and realize perfect management in administrative ecology of network |
