| Abstract: | Financial support is the prerequisite and guarantee for the development of agriculture and rural economy.Many problems that are uncoordinated with agriculture development are arising from the present investment and capital absorbing system.Under the new situation,the further development of agriculture and rural economy in Ningxia will be directly affected by the way of building the investment and capital absorbing system that suits the real condition of Ningxia. |
