| Abstract: | There are lots of difficulties in increasing income of peasant in present stage, so we must quicken the steps of the development of cities and towns, promote the development of rural education especially vocational education, transfer rural surplus labour orderly, develop town enterprise and new-style cooperative economy, increase income of peasant. |
