社会组织党建嵌入式创制:一个初步的分析框架

既有研究存在就党建论党建的现象,缺少对党建引领社会组织发展方向、助推社会组织健康成长、为社会组织提供制度框架的理论解释。全面认识社会组织党建,不能局限于党建自身逻辑的思维定式,而应站在党建引领社会组织发展的逻辑去综合判断。针对当前社会组织党建过程中嵌入式创制的现实困境,应当在制度体系创制上进行系统的顶层设计,在主体动机创制上加强价值引领与方向引导,在组织活动创制上推动组织建设与活动开展并重,在权责安排创制上理顺管理体制、明确权责主体,在方式手段创制上推动线上平台与线下平台的灵活互动,探索"大数据+社会组织党建"模式及其匹配机制。"嵌入式创制"及其分析框架的提出、建构,能够为当前我国社会组织党建研究提供一个具有启发性的思路与视角。

Embedded Creation of Party Building in Social Organizations:A Preliminary Analytical Framework
