| Abstract: | Shortly after sitting on his throne,President Obama declared the New Strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan,and then modified and adjusted it for several times.Due to its structural flaws and contradictions,the effectiveness of this strategy is quite limited,and there are still some uncertainties for its developments in future. |
