| 摘 要： | 江总书记关于“三个代表”的重要论述 ,重申了必须坚持党的全心全意依靠工人阶级的指导方针。工会贯彻“三个代表”的重要思想 ,必须团结动员广大职工在解放和发展生产力中发挥主力军作用 ;必须加强企业文化和职工队伍建设 ;必须尊重职工的主人翁地位 ,维护职工的合法权益。
