| 摘 要： | 工会干部是我国工会参与社会管理,实现“社会协同、公众参与”创新实践活动的重要组织者和行动者.在我国的工会组织体系内的地方工会领导干部对于社会管理创新的认识,直接影响到工会组织能否有效地参与社会管理.对地市工会主席的问卷调查和个案访谈,展示了作为参与社会管理行为主体的工会领导干部的态度、倾向、现状,及他们对当前障碍阻力的认知,是判断和深入探讨工会组织如何在工作实践中有效地参与社会管理的生动鲜活的依据.

| Abstract: | Trade union cadres are important organizers and practitioners of trade union’s participation into social administration.Their understanding level of social administration innovation influences on the effectiveness of trade union’s participation into social administration.The questionnaires and interviews we have done with some chairpersons of municipal trade union federations,showed trade union cadres’ attitude,propensity,current situation and understanding of difficulties. |
