| Abstract: | The authors research on trade union member’s satisfaction degree to trade union work through questionnaire method.According to the survey,trade union member’s satisfaction degree to trade union work is rather high.The trade union should enhance work innovation and improve cadre’s quality on the basis of the member’s assuration on trade union work. |
