企业工会在构建和谐劳动关系中的地位和作用

摘    要:和谐劳动关系是和谐社会的重要组成部分。在构建和谐劳动关系的过程中,工会应监督劳动合同履行情况,指导职工与企业协商签订劳动合同;推行平等协商、集体合同制度;加强劳动关系协调机制建设,完善以企业劳动争议调解委员会为主要形式的企业劳动关系自我调节机制;建设四有职工队伍,提高劳动力价值。只有这样,才能构建和谐劳动关系,实现企业与职工双赢。

Abstract:Harmonious industrial relations are one important constitution of harmonious society.In the process of building harmonious society,trade unions should supervise the implementation of labor contracts,instruct workers in signing labor contracts,promoting equal consultation and collective contracting institution,strengthen the construction of coordinating institutions,enhance the self-coordinating system with the main form of coordinating committee of labor disputes within enterprises,build excellent working team and increase the labor value.Only by doing so can we establish harmonious industrial relations and achieve the win-win relationship between enterprises and workers.
