高校社科学报质量提升与微观管理

高等学校社科学报在国际国内社科期刊竞争的新形势下应对生存、发展的严峻挑战,必须深刻认识加强学报微观质量管理、不断提升学报质量与学报生存发展的内在逻辑关系,摒弃“等、靠、要”等陈旧观念,把重心置于微观层面,切实把微观质量管理作为经常性的基础工程、基本工程来建设,不断提升学报质量。

Quality Improvement and Micro Management of Social Science Journals in Colleges

The social science journals in colleges are in an new period and situation when facing challenges of survive and development brought by wider and deepening competition from international and domestic social science magazines.They must have in-depth understanding of the internal logical relations between the micro management of journals,raising the quality of journals and survive and development of journals,discard outdated mindset such as "To wait,rely and demand",put priorities on micro level with a view to development with active involvement of every staff members and take micro quality management as a long-term infrastructure by raising its quality,so as to improve the quality of journals and win the competition by quality.
