To Build a Harmonious Society on the Forefront of Opening- up

The work of trade unions of foreign enterprises is different from that of other non-public enterprises, let alone that of SOEs. Proceeding from the characteristics of foreign enterprises, trade unions should focus on the building of human resources and manifest trade unions' concept of taking human beings as the most important. They should also strengthen the building of trade union organizations and relevant rules and seek for government support. While safeguarding the legitimate rights of workers, trade unions should also ensure the legitimate rights of trade union staff and contribute to the building of harmonious industrial relations.
