In the early 1920s, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Anyuan workers successfully constructed the revolution practice in all aspects. Particularly with the Soviet system model, they established a three-tiered worker representative conference system of tens, hundreds, and the general representatives, which enabled them to have the qualifi cations to "be human" and the position of "being the master" within the local range of early party leadership in the revolutionary struggle, providing political security for the Anyuan labor movement to achieve "outstanding results" during the low tide of revolution.
