| Abstract: | Carrying out democratic management in foreign - funded enterprises (FFEs) is a new problem of trade union work. The trade unions must develop various activities of democratic management according to FFEs ' characteristics. They should combine democratic management with the protection of workers ' rights and interests, the increace of their quality, the perfection of enterprises development. |
